In an effort to provide the best service possible, we upgrade our infrastructure in an ongoing process.

We are usually able to upgrade or swap out hardware transparently by virtue of redundancy purposely built in to the system.

Rarely, we require network down time to perform maintenance. We always list such planned interruptions on this page and announce them via e-mail. We usually schedule maintenance windows to occur during holidays, or between a Friday night and the Saturday morning immediately following it, to minimize business impact.

While we strive to provide notice well in advance of scheduled maintenance windows, and again one week before the event, occasionally we must address something immediately. When an emergency CRM maintenance window becomes necessary, we still send e-mail notification with as much lead time as possible.
