All off-site xRM services, including training, configuration, and customization, are available in any combination. Please see the xRM Consulting Services Menu on this page for a categorized overview. On-site services (such as hardware maintenance) do not qualify for Prepaid Consulting time, but they can be contracted easily through a Statement of Work (SOW).
After you purchase a Prepaid Consulting block, you can consume the hours on services by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and indicating that you are ready to schedule a service session. Prepaid Consulting hours come with a 2-business-day Service Level Agreement (SLA). That means we respond to you within 2 business days of receiving your e-mail to schedule your service. Consulting hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, PST.
Prepaid Consulting hours are invoiced in 30-minute portions, so if you were to call in with a 15-minute question, we would invoice for 30 minutes. Answers to common questions can be researched free at the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Center or the Success Portal tutorial video library from xRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online subscribers also have access to Microsoft technical support. Prepaid consulting time can be used to augment those channels, if needed, in 30-minute increments.
Prepaid hours never expire. You do not have to consume all of your hours at the same time or on the same service. You can divide your hours among as many or as few services as needed, in any proportion, at your pace.
