The Basics

Want to take your customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) to the next level? Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based platform that replaced and expanded upon the existing features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2016. It’s subscription-based, and allows flexibility via various apps and access levels. Some subscriptions cost as little at $10 per month. Click here to sign up for a free 30-day trial of Microsoft Dynamics 365! Don’t worry, if you prefer the old CRM, you can still purchase it here.

The Apps

One huge enhancement over CRM that came with the release of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is that you can choose to subscribe to specific apps, based on your business needs. For example, if you just want to track the lead qualification process, you would only need to purchase the Sales app, but if you want to track products and inventory, you’re going to want the Field Service app.

The Options

Once you’ve signed up for a trial, or subscribed to Dynamics 365 (or CRM), it’s time to get to know the product, add your data, and make any desired customizations. This is where we come in.
