Before a company goes live with a new system of any kind, it’s critical that adequate testing be conducted, both during the configuration process, and by the potential end users. xRM uses Team Foundation Server to track Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects, and we have a specific testing team that uses bug tracking in the context of development.

In addition to this, it’s important for User Acceptance Testing be conducted by the user. This is typically performed using Use Case Scenarios that are developed by the customer. These Use Case Scenarios are provided in an Excel spreadsheet and the customer performs the scenario and then reports any issues. xRM can provide this template This process reveals any discrepancies and ensures that the system is meeting the original objectives.

Once all tests have passed, the system is ready to Go Live.
