Lance McLean – General Manager
Lance wants your business to be successful. It’s the philosophy that drives him and the xRM team and is evident across xRM’s portfolio of services. Lance has built xRM’s reputation as a Microsoft Partner by understanding that customers expect integrity, fairness, and accountability when they are launching a new CRM solution. With xRM, he has been instrumental in tapping into segments of the market that range from single user startups to corporate giants by clearly communicating the expectations of our deliverables upfront. His direction and goals remain consistent and clear: making companies more efficient through the deployment of thoughtfully designed and executed software solutions delivered via the cloud. By embracing new technologies and delivering on customer expectations, he has built a practice that has maintained high customer retention and achieved high levels of partnership recognition from Microsoft. Lance received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Desigan Reddi – Chief Information Officer
As CIO, Desigan Reddi’s purview is the highest-level understanding of how separate technologies fit together, and how company strategy intersects with technology. Desigan directs project managers, lead developers, and system engineers. He is a member of the senior management team, and works together with company stakeholders to guide business strategy. Desigan is responsible for assessing what technologies are to be acquired internally and oversees their acquisition and integration with existing systems. He is responsible for assessing and green-lighting version migrations for internal systems. He also acts as business analyst, architect, and lead application designer for large-scale, integrated, multi-application, customer business solutions.
Yan Sun – Controller
Yan Sun manages our day-to-day financials and makes sure that we reconcile our payables and receivables. As one of the first to join the xRM team, Yan was instrumental in developing the accounting processes currently utilized by our organization. Her knowledge of CRM and other software solutions have been valuable as our business needs have evolved. In addition to her role as Controller, Yan oversees the management of human resources and our vendor relationships.
Michael Tao – Chief Technology Officer
Michael Tao is the company’s CTO and is responsible for the all-up delivery of xRM services. He works closely with clients, prospects, and partner vendors to provide comprehensive service solutions. He works together with company stakeholders to guide business strategy and acts as Functional Lead on large-scale integrated-services projects. He is a member of the senior management team, and works together with company stakeholders to guide business strategy. Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California Irvine and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with multiple Microsoft certifications.
Thaveshan Reddi – Chief Development Officer
Thaveshan Reddi is the Chief Development Officer. Thave manages a team of .NET developers responsible for our business. With over 15 years of experience, Thave has managed teams of large sizes on Enterprise level application implementations throughout the entire development cycle. He has also worked very closely with Microsoft Consulting Services and has also taken lead of teams consisting of some of the most respected individuals in the CRM industry. His focus is on bringing in new technologies into the development process to ensure the xRM team is always at the cutting edge of development technologies and leveraging the full potential of the entire Microsoft stack as well as external development frameworks and tools. Thave and his team have automated several processes for small-to-midsize and enterprise-level businesses, as well as several processes within xRM. These exercises have been proven to save time and money, allowing all teams to focus the core and essential components of the business.
Owen Scott – Chief Operations Officer
At the helm of xRM’s operations is Owen Scott. In his 10 years with xRM, Owen has been an essential contributor to the fundamental goals of ensuring xRM’s success with its CRM customer deployments. His background in CRM is vast and includes first-hand knowledge of Microsoft’s CRM evolution from CRM 1.0, released in 2003 to Dynamics CRM 2015. As an industry expert, Owen has extensive experience with the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a wide variety of enterprise environments. xRM’s internal procedures and strategic initiatives have been spearheaded by Owen and continue to lay the groundwork by which customer projects are delivered on time and within budget. Owen is a graduate of State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
John Reed – Manager of Software Services and Development
While serving in the United States Marine Corps, John helped to enhance a troop management system and immediately became hooked on developing software solutions. John chose to pursue his passion in software development once his commitment to the Marines ended. After eight years of working in the field, John has become a leader in the Dynamics industry, focusing on enhancing and delivering solutions through well-designed architecture, implementation standards, and best practices. John is our in-house expert on CRM development and Microsoft’s Application Life Cycle Management technology stack. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds multiple Microsoft certificates.
